Getting Started
What is Swing Performance Lab?
Swing Performance Lab is a 6-week golf-fitness training program: a personalized plan of strength, mobility, and speed workouts built for you from a short online assessment.
Who is this program for?
It's for golfers who want more distance, less pain, or better movement quality, and are willing to train 2-4 days a week at home or in a gym — the assessment sorts you into a track (Speed & Distance, Strength & Stability, Mobility & Pain-Free, or Power & Conditioning) and a level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) based on your answers.
Do I need a strength-training background to start?
No — each of the four tracks has a beginner level built for someone new to structured training, using lighter loads and more coaching cues, with intermediate and advanced levels available once you're ready to progress.
The Program
What's included in the program?
Each program includes a full 6-week weekly progression with warm-ups, strength/power/mobility work, and cool-downs; step-by-step cues, coaching notes, and regressions/progressions for every exercise; in-app weight and rep tracking; and a downloadable PDF version.
Can I choose how many days per week I train?
Yes — the assessment asks how many days a week you can realistically train (2, 3, or 4) and builds your program around that answer, and that frequency is fixed once your program is built.
What equipment do I need?
It depends on the track and level, but most programs use a few dumbbells or a kettlebell, a resistance band, and bodyweight — the exact equipment list for your specific program is shown before you start.
How long does each workout take?
Most sessions run 30-50 minutes depending on the track, level, and how many days per week you've chosen; the app shows an estimated time for each session before you start it.
Can I use the program on my phone, and is there a printable version?
Yes to both — the program works in any mobile browser for logging sets as you train, and you can also download a formatted PDF to print or take to the gym.
Pricing & Refunds
How much does Swing Performance Lab cost?
A program is a one-time payment of $199 USD for full access — there's no subscription or recurring charge.
Is this a subscription?
No — it's a single one-time purchase per program, not a recurring subscription, and your access doesn't expire or require renewal.
What is the refund policy?
Swing Performance Lab offers a 14-day refund policy from your purchase date; requests are reviewed individually rather than processed automatically, and a program that's already been substantially completed may not qualify.
How do I request a refund?
Email the contact address listed in the Terms & Conditions with your purchase details within 14 days of buying, and it will be reviewed individually rather than processed automatically.
Health & Safety
Do I need a doctor's clearance before starting?
You complete a fit-to-train health declaration before starting any program, and if it flags a condition that applies to you, you're advised to check with a doctor before beginning — Swing Performance Lab is general fitness guidance, not medical advice.
Is the program supervised by a coach or trainer?
No — every program is self-guided; you follow the written instructions, cues, and video-free coaching notes on your own, without a coach present during your sessions.
What if I have an existing injury or health condition?
Each exercise includes a regression and progression option so you can adjust intensity to what feels right, but if you have an existing injury or diagnosed condition, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before starting, since the program can't account for your specific situation.
Is this medical advice?
No — Swing Performance Lab provides general fitness guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical or physiotherapy advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Access & Account
How do I get back into my program if I switch devices or lose my link?
Use the "Access your program" link and enter the email you purchased with — a secure sign-in link is emailed to you, with no password to remember.
What happens to my program access if I get a refund?
Approving a refund immediately ends access to that program — a refund and continued access to the same purchase aren't something the policy covers together.
